At Dyckman Loft, we’re committed to providing a smooth, safe, and elevated event experience. To protect both our guests and our venue, all reservations require a credit card on file and are subject to our cancellation, damage, and overtime policies.

This page outlines everything you need to know before securing your date—from payment holds and alcohol guidelines to cleaning responsibilities and late fees. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

We’re excited to help you host your next unforgettable event. Please review our booking policies carefully before submitting your reservation request.

📌 RESERVATION POLICY

Credit Card Hold Required
All reservations require a valid credit card to hold your requested date. No charges will be made at the time of booking. Charges apply only in the event of a cancellation, no-show, overtime, or venue damage.

🔁 CANCELLATION + NO-SHOWS

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours): $100 fee

  • No-Show: $200 fee

🧼 CLEANING + DAMAGES

Clients are responsible for the condition of the venue.

  • Please return the space in the same condition it was received.

  • If excessive mess or trash is left, a cleaning fee may be charged.

  • Damages to furniture, walls, or equipment will be assessed and billed to the card on file.

🕰️ OVERTIME CHARGES

All bookings must end promptly at the agreed-upon time.

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided.

  • Time beyond that will be charged at $75 per 30 minutes.

🍾 ALCOHOL + SECURITY

If alcohol is served at your event:

  • It must be provided by and consumed only by the client and their guests.

  • Security may be required based on guest count and event type.

  • We reserve the right to require third-party security at our discretion.

✅ CONFIRMATION

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee your booking.
Once we review your intake form and confirm your availability, a confirmation email will be sent.
